Vtg Metal Madison Hult Chevrolet License Plate Frame Original Robert W. Brown&Co

Cleaning out my parent's house and found this vintage original Metal Madison Hult Chevrolet License Plate Frame. Has Robert W. Brown & Co., Downey, Calif. No. 4 stamped on the back (as shown in a pic). I tried to capture defects in pictures, please notice the black ink is worn some on the "H" and "U" in Hult. Metal frame has some scuff marks and pitting in places, mostly on the back of the frame. I do not know what year this is from. Was stored on a shelf in the garage for years. Dad was a big Chevy guy for over 40 years!
