Vintage Otto Link Florida USA Super Tone Master 6* for Alto Saxophone
This is a vintage Florida USA Super Tone Master metal mouthpiece for alto saxophone in a 6* facing. The piece is in great shape for its vintage showing a standard amount of cosmetic character. Its facing profile is in decent condition. At some point in the past it looks like someone worked on it a bit and brought the tip opening to .083”. The profile of the table and side rails is in good shape. There is a few small wear spots above the tip rail.
This one plays with a nice centered warm core and plenty of intensity. The air goes through this piece quick and has a crisp clarity to its projection. A great choice if you are looking for a metal mouthpiece for straight ahead jazz on alto.
