Vintage Huntington Park California? Kimball Motor Co. License Plate Frame

I am listing two different Huntington Park, California ? license plate frames tonight. I do not collect or know anything about license plates or frames. I have not cleaned this in any way, I never clean vintage items.  This is a  license plate frame Kimball Motor Co., Huntington Park. I believe this dealer was in California. It has some fading, a little wear on the red, a very mild twist, if you cleaned up the chrome a bit it would look nicer. This one looks to be manufactured by The Benmatt Organization L A 23 Cal.
