    This item is a vintage metal license plate frame as shown. Backside of the frame says "ROBERT W. BROWN & CO. DOWNEY, CALIFORNIA".
    Condition is relatively good with minor paint loss and minor pitting of the chrome.
    INCREDIBLY RARE dealer frame......
    Don't be "that guy" who runs the Chinese frame with the Bill Barry sticker. You would be better off running no frame at all.....
