This item is new and was used as a catalog sample or sales sample. If it was worn it would have only been for this photo.  This costume is made by Wolff Fording so you know the quality is excellent. The fabric is a tiny pleated metallic.The style of this little costume is that of a romper with a spandex bloomer leg, the top of the costume is foil lycra in metallic green.The empire waisted belt has a mirrored buckle. The little pleated headpiece is included. Size is extra small child which fits a girls size 3-4.
