    This is a lot of 4 custom made white fringe skirts that have gone candlelight (which is a soft ivory color). They're trimmed in gold stretch sequin so she can just pull the skirt up over her hips. The length of the fringe is 5".  Laid flat, the sequin waist measures 9" and stretches  to 13-14". offc/dnscbnt/uppr
