Lot of 2, these 2 skirts are the same pattern, just one has flo pink pompoms and an included hoop (it is in the package but you have to run it through the hem, easy to do). Both are samples but were not worn, both are small child, both are stretch waist and the fabric is spandex as well. They make really cute bathing suit coverups These were all manufactured by Wolff Fording, made in America. The model is showing the one with poms but there is a plastic hoop inserted in the hem to make it stick out, BT 217
