For U.S. protectorate:
use same shipping rate as countries in South Americas.

Recipient first and last names must be provided. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.
Shipping cost does not include import fees.
All import fees, such as import duty, tax, and customs clearing fees are buyer's responsibilities.
2. Standard and Economy shipping policies:
In general case, transit time is 7-21 working days via DHL Ecommerce Mail
In case of customs clearance delay or shipment misrouted, transit time can take up to 6-8 weeks.
Tracking information for standard shipping may not update for some countries.
For DHL ecommerce mail, tracking information is available from Origin (Thailand) to Germany (DHL ecommerce hub). Tracking information in some destination countries may not update.
Standard shipping for Israel, Australia, Canada can take up to 4-8 weeks and tracking information does not update in destination countries.
Standard shipping for some countries in South America, can take up to 3 months and tracking information does not update.
Standard/economy shipping to some areas, such as South America, South Africa, Oceania, Israel, Australia, Canada can take up to 4-12 weeks. Also tracking information does not update in some destination countries. Buyers agree to wait, not to claim for not receiving package.
Buyer can request for shipment investigation. If final result from DHL is package lost, we will refund your order.
Valid day phone number is required for the delivery.
For economy shipping, tracking information is not available in destination countries. Shipment can be tracked only from Thailand - DHL hub in Germany/Singapore.
We do not respond for item lost, damaged in case standard/economy shipping method is selected.

The delivery in the destination country is handled by Post. Tracking information in the destination country can be tracked on your local post web site. For example:

For countries in South America, South Africa, Israel, After the package left DHL Hub in Germany, it may takes about 1-2 weeks to appear on your post system. Tracking information will not update while the package is in line for customs clearance. Customs clearance usually take 1-2 weeks.
For Russia:
Expedited shipping is available only for company or commercial address.
For residential address, we ship via DHL Ecommerce Mail (Standard Plus w/tracking number), Transit time is 2-6 weeks. Buyer must provide valid phone number! Transit time is not guaranteed.

Return Policies:
- We accept return within 14 days of delivery.
- To eligible for full refund on item price, item must be returned in its original condition, never been used.
