Dumont 0.246-C KeyWay Broach on 1/4" Body, Undersize 1/4?; Has a few small chips

A large machine shop was recently bought out by another company. Most of the machinery and related tooling was taken over by the new owner, the tooling and accessories that are no longer needed will be declared surplus and released for disposition. As the tools are released for sale they will be listed. Sale is final so please feel free to ask any questions that you might have and I will do my best to provide an accurate answer.
A good assortment of Keyway, Hex, and Square broaches are being released for disposition. As they are sorted and identified they will be listed. I will describe them as best I can and will pass along any information given by the previous owner.
Offered here is a Dumont 0.246" Key Way Broach which is on a 1/4" Broach Body. I am assuming that this was reground to an under size 1/4" for a particular operation. However, as I don't know the history of this broach I can't be sure. A few of the teeth have some minor damage. I tried to show this in the pictures, not sure if it comes out clearly.
