    his listing is for a "Jary Custom" tenor saxophone mouthpiece. Dave Jary was a mouthpiece maker that seemed to be gaining some traction maybe five or ten years ago, then he just dropped off the map. I don't think he is in the business anymore.
    This piece appears to have custom facing and baffle work applied to a stock Weltklang blank. It has slightly undercut side walls, a medium round chamber. It has a high step baffle with a half-circular drop off at the back (similar to the Berg Larsen style 'bullet' chamber). It has .110" etched on the side, although the actual opening is .112" by my measurement.
    This mouthpiece is in excellent, lightly used condition. The facing is perfectly smooth. There are no tooth marks on the beak. No cracks or other damage either. It has been cleaned/sanitized, so it is ready to use.
