The very bottom inch or two of the air handler got wet and left some very light water spots on the slides that hold in the air filter. This blemish is merely cosmetic and will never be seen once installed. This is the only area on the entire air handler got wet. Nothing else was touched by any water. There are a couple very light scratches on the casing from being moved around with no box but overall is in excellent shape cosmetically and looks new. Includes manual. There is no filter included (never was). There is no outdoor unit included. Compatible with the Daikin VRV system.
