The N.S. Meyer Company of New York City was one of America's foremost insignia makers until it folded over 20 years ago. In addition to the U.S. government, N.S. Meyer contracted with many foreign governments within the Western Hemisphere for their insignia needs. These items are NEW old stock cleared from the factory when it was liquidated. All are over 40 years old, still on their maker cards, and are UNUSED. They are as bright and pretty as the day they were made! These were difficult to photograph as they are still very shiny with their heavy nickel plating.
This RARE set is unused, still on the factory cards.  The breast badge is still sealed in brittle cellophane and is sealed on the back with the Meyer crest.  Both pieces have N.S. Meyer hallmarks on the reverse.
This organization was abolished when the Peace Accords were signed in 1996.
