  • Condition: This comes new out of box. Never installed. Never used. The bottom of the original box got wet and this left some very light spots of oxidation on the very bottom of the casing (see photo). This blemish is merely cosmetic and will will never be seen once installed. There are also a couple spots of oxidation on the rear right and left edges of the casing, caused by a little bit of water being trapped behind the plastic it was shipped in. These are the only spots that show any sign of ever getting wet and otherwise the air handler looks new. No internal parts got wet at all. This will come exactly as shown and includes manual. No electric heat kit installed.
