4 1/4 inch Silurian eurypterid from bertie fm, new york - eurypterus remipes

Description

This is a 4 1/4 inch (from head to last tail segment) eurypterus remipes from the Bertie Formation in Ilion, New York. This specimen has one complete paddle and a partial second one, numerous walking legs but lacks the telson. This is a nice sized specimen that is cheaper because the rock was damaged during collection. It can be restored or left as is. There is some stabilization on the back of the rock (seen in last image). The rock is very stable.
